Due to the instant access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital templates are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific product.
✅ We Do Allow Refunds in the Following Situations:
- Corrupt or Incomplete Download:
If the file you received is corrupted or incomplete and cannot be opened or used as intended, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of purchase. - Product Not as Described:
If you believe the product significantly differs from its description or preview, please submit a refund request within 7 days with screenshots or video evidence.
Note: Misunderstandings or mismatched expectations are not grounds for a refund unless clear misrepresentation is proven. - Duplicate Payment:
If you accidentally made a double payment for the same item, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction through the same payment method used.
❌ We Do NOT Offer Refunds In These Situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- You don’t have the compatible software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop).
- You expected features not mentioned in the product description.
- You were unable to download due to your internet or device issue (unless proven file error).

- Include your order number, issue description, and screenshots (if any).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, card).
💳 Refunds via Payment Gateway:
If paid via an online gateway (e.g., SSLCommerz), refunds will be processed in accordance with their terms. TemplateDokan is not liable for delays caused by the bank, mobile payment service, or gateway platform.

❌ সকল বিক্রি চূড়ান্ত
একবার ফাইল ডাউনলোড হলে বা ইমেইলে পাঠানো হলে, সেটি ফেরতযোগ্য নয় বা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়, যদি না আমরা পূর্বেই কোনো গ্যারান্টি দিয়ে থাকি।
✅ নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড দেয়া হতে পারে:
১. ফাইল করাপ্টেড বা অসম্পূর্ণ হলে:
যদি আপনার ডাউনলোডকৃত ফাইলটি খোলা না যায় বা পূর্ণাঙ্গ না হয়, তাহলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানান।
২. পণ্যের বিবরণের সাথে মিল না থাকলে:
যদি প্রোডাক্টের বিবরণ বা প্রিভিউ-এর সাথে মূল ফাইলের বড় ধরনের অমিল থাকে, তাহলে স্ক্রিনশট বা ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ ৭ দিনের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করুন।
৩. ডুপ্লিকেট পেমেন্ট:
যদি ভুলবশত একই পণ্যের জন্য একাধিকবার পেমেন্ট হয়ে যায়, তাহলে বাড়তি টাকার রিফান্ড দেয়া হবে।
❌ নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড দেয়া হয় না:
- মত পরিবর্তন হলে।
- আপনার সফটওয়্যার নেই বা সাপোর্ট করে না।
- আপনি এমন কিছু আশা করেছিলেন যা প্রোডাক্ট বিবরণে ছিল না।
- আপনার ইন্টারনেট বা ডিভাইসের সমস্যার কারণে ডাউনলোড করতে পারেননি।
🕒 সময়সীমা ও নিয়মাবলী:
- রিফান্ড অনুরোধ পাঠাতে হবে: support@templatedokan.com এ।
- অনুরোধ পাঠাতে হবে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে।
- অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
- টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে একই পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে যেটা দিয়ে পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছিল।
💳 গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড:
যদি SSLCommerz বা অনলাইন গেটওয়ে দিয়ে পেমেন্ট করা হয়, তাহলে রিফান্ড সেই প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন হবে। TemplateDokan বিলম্বের জন্য দায়ী নয়।
🔐 দায়িত্ব সীমাবদ্ধতা: আমরা কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের সফটওয়্যার, প্লাগ-ইন বা হোস্টিং ইস্যু নিয়ে রিফান্ড দেই না এবং এ বিষয়ে সাপোর্টও দেই না।
