2. Pricing and Price Modifications
All prices on TemplateDokan.com are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and apply to digital downloadable products.
Prices are fixed at the time of purchase. If prices increase or decrease after you place an order, it will not affect your transaction.
TemplateDokan reserves the right to update product pricing, apply discounts, or remove listings at any time without notice.
All listed prices include VAT/taxes if applicable unless otherwise stated.
3. Digital Product Nature and Delivery
All products on TemplateDokan are digital files. No physical items will be shipped.
After successful payment, you will receive an instant download link or delivery via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to download and securely store the file(s).
Download links may expire or be limited to a number of uses. Please download promptly and save a backup.
4. Payment and Ordering Process
To place an order, you may be asked to provide a valid email and/or mobile number.
Payments must be made in full before access is granted to any downloadable file.
Accepted payment methods include: bKash
TemplateDokan is not responsible for delays or failures in payment systems, or if login/payment details are shared with third parties.
5. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the products, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once the file is downloaded or delivered.
However, if your downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, please contact our support team within 3 days of purchase for a free replacement.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content sold or displayed on TemplateDokan.com is the intellectual property of TemplateDokan or its content creators.
By purchasing a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for personal or business purposes.

TemplateDokan.com একটি ডিজিটাল মার্কেটপ্লেস যেখানে PowerPoint, Excel, Word এবং Photoshop টেমপ্লেট বিক্রি করা হয়। TemplateDokan.com বাংলাদেশে নিবন্ধিত একটি ডিজিটাল সলিউশনস কোম্পানি Nexario কর্তৃক মালিকানাধীন ও পরিচালিত। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার, অর্ডার দেওয়া বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
আমরা যে কোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি।
২. মূল্য ও পরিবর্তন
আমাদের সব পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে দেওয়া থাকে।
আপনি যে দামে অর্ডার করেছেন, সেটাই চূড়ান্ত। মূল্য পরিবর্তন হলে তা আপনার অর্ডারে প্রভাব ফেলবে না।
আমরা যে কোনো সময় পণ্যের দাম পরিবর্তন বা অফার আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখি।
৩. পণ্য সরবরাহ
আমাদের সব পণ্য ডিজিটাল ফাইল, তাই কোনো ফিজিক্যাল ডেলিভারি হয় না।
পেমেন্ট সফল হলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডাউনলোড লিংক বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে ফাইল পাঠানো হয়।
ফাইল ডাউনলোড এবং সংরক্ষণ করা আপনার দায়িত্ব। লিংক মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হতে পারে, তাই দেরি না করে ডাউনলোড করে রাখুন।
৪. পেমেন্ট ও অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া
অর্ডার করতে হলে আপনাকে ইমেইল/মোবাইল নম্বর দিতে হতে পারে।
নিচের মাধ্যমগুলোতে পেমেন্ট করা যায়:

৫. রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
আমাদের সব পণ্য ডিজিটাল, তাই কোনো রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়।
যদি ফাইল ডাউনলোডে সমস্যা হয় বা ফাইলটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়, তাহলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানান। আমরা বিনামূল্যে পরিবর্তে নতুন ফাইল সরবরাহ করবো।
৬. কপিরাইট ও মেধাস্বত্ব
আমাদের সাইটের সকল ফাইল আমাদের বা আমাদের কন্টেন্ট ক্রিয়েটরের সম্পত্তি।
আপনি এটি ব্যক্তিগত বা অফিসিয়াল কাজে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন, তবে পুনরায় বিক্রয়, বিতরণ বা অন্য কোথাও আপলোড করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
৭. দায়বদ্ধতা সীমা

৮. ভুল বা ত্রুটি
আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়ার, তবে কখনো কখনো টাইপ ভুল বা পুরনো তথ্য থাকতে পারে। আমরা এসব সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখি।
৯. ফোর্স ম্যাজর
বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাট, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ইন্টারনেট সমস্যা বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের ব্যর্থতার কারণে TemplateDokan দায়ী নয়।
